At the end of July, our junior high students enjoyed a 3-day adventure in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture, blending hands-on learning with fun.

Day 1: They visited Ashikaga University, where they explored concrete testing and renewable energy labs. The day ended with a friendly soccer match with local students.

Day 2: The students visited Takatsudo Dam, learning about power generation, and later cooled off at the Sano swimming pool.

Day 3: The trip concluded with a warm, family-style lunch at Aghiad sensei’s home, where they bonded before returning to Tokyo.

This three-day journey to Ashikaga City was a memorable blend of academic growth, spiritual development, and cultural exchange. Through leading prayers and participating in various activities, our students strengthened their leadership skills and built lasting relationships, setting the stage for future friendships and exchanges.
