InshaAllah, we will have an Islamic finance meeting with a professor from Meiji University at 5pm on August 19th

We are looking forward to seeing those interested in Islamic finance activities or who have knowledge about this field and are keen to engage in it and take action

Background

・Started this Islamic finance activity last year

・The purpose of this activity is to provide financial services in line with Shariah to Muslims living in Japan

Activity that has already been done

・Discussions with an insurance company to seek the potential of providing Islamic insurance (Takaful) in Japan

・Islamic finance seminar at Otsuka Masjid with an insurance company and a professor

・Discussions with a professor from Meiji University to introduce financial services in line with Shariah by using the existing models in Japan

The purpose of the meeting at 5pm on August 19th

・Will conduct questionnaires and interviews this year

・Discuss and decide the details of the questionnaires and interviews (when we will do, how many respondents are needed, budget allocation, etc. )

・Discuss the future direction of Islamic finance activities
