On October 5, 2024, the Union of Islamic Schools – Japan (UIS-Japan) successfully organized a Leadership Challenge workshop, hosted by the International Islamia School Otsuka (IISO). This event brought together 25 leaders and teachers from five Islamic schools across Japan. The workshop was facilitated by the Council of Islamic Schools Based in North America (CISNA) and sponsored by the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB).

The workshop was expertly led by William White, a certified master facilitator of the Leadership Challenge and LPI coach and Presendint of CISNA.
